Maybe! This is OPI Absolutely Alice, which was released last year to coincide with the movie release of Alice In Wonderland (which I still haven't seen...):
This is a lovely blue glitter with gold/silver mixed in. Like all glitters it is a pain to remove, but it wears well.
ETA: Here is a slightly better shot of the actual colour. It has been so darn gloomy lately.
I am going to apologize ahead of time if my posts seem rushed, and the pictures are not brilliant for the next while.
